Recommendations• Please confirm that your vehicle is equipped with a 2” towing hitch (or hitch adapter) with the towing capacity of 2000 or more lbs.
• The brake lights require a 7 pin or 4 pin power hook-up (note: 4 pin works, but it will not charge the camper battery, while in tow).

Other things to note• A note about power/electricity: Stan is powered by either its 12-volt marine battery or by being plugged into a 120-volt power source. When plugged into 120-volt power source, all electrical components are operational. These include lights, USB ports, ceiling fan, sink and GFI outlets. When no power source is available, the batteries have the ability to fully power the camper, with the exception of the GFI outlets, for up to 3 days.
• Because we both work, our pick-up and drop off times are limited. Thank you for being flexible, but also please respect our time. We typically will need to check-out after 4:00 PM and on returns, we will need to discuss. Thanks in advance.
• If the camper is returned after 6 PM and less than 4 hrs. late, 1/2 of one day’s rental fee will be deducted from the deposit. If more than 4 hrs. late, a full day’s rental fee will be deducted from the deposit.
• A 1 dog maximum is allowed with payment of the pet add on. Sorry, no feline friends, as we are allergic. Please do not lock your dog in the camper unattended. The window and door screens are not made to contain pets and these items are the ones most frequently returned with damage.
• Evidence of any kind of smoking inside the camper will result in a forfeiture of the entire rental deposit.
• If you are camping in the Rockies, please plan accordingly with your sleeping gear.
• If you are camping beyond mid Oct. and in the winter months, there’s a chance that we will not have water available in the potable sink due to below freezing temperatures. Please plan accordingly.

Meet your host, Tasha & Tadd

Member since 2020

Hello and welcome! Tadd is originally from Vermont and I am from East Tennessee. We met here in colorful Colorado, almost 5 years ago. We have a 4 year old son, and one furry friend. We both moved here for our love of everything outdoors and the mountains. Tadd is an avid snowboarder and climber and I was a river rat for a decade and also do a lot of skiing. We enjoy getting away from the city, unplugging and enjoying all that this beautiful state has to offer. We have always loved camping, but not all the work that goes along with it. So, we set out to simplify things a bit and fortunately for us, Stan has allowed us to do just that. We hope you enjoy our camper as much as we do. Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions. We are here to help make camping an easy, fun and relaxing experience for you.
