What's included

Kitchen: Fully functioning kitchen with spices, utensils, cook ware, enamel dishes. Cleaning products are provided like dish soap, sponge, dust pan, paper towels, Clorox wipes, trash bags, gloves.

Bathroom: single-ply marine tp is included and required. No wipes or feminine products down the toilet.

Other things to note

When sending a booking request, we like to know:

What kind of tow vehicle you have and does it have 7 pin?
Do you have a break controller? (required, if no we can recommend where to get one installed)
Where are you going? Is it sandy/dusty?
What kind of camping of will you be doing? Will you have water/electrical hook ups?
What is your experience level? How many times have you towed a camper?
How many people and pets?
This helps us when we give the orientation to know which talking points are more important than others.
Allow 45 min for the orientation when picking up. We will walk through all the systems with you.
Dumping is required before return(or we will do it for $100 fee), there is a station near us.
Return the camper clean, like how you would like it to be upon pick up. Excessive cleaning on our part will be charged by the hour.
Pick up:
The pick up window is between noon and 4pm. Later pick up, anything between 4 and 6:30pm is $20. Early pick-up, anything between 9am and noon is $20. 8 am pick-up is $40.

Drop off:
The return window is between 2 and 6pm. Anything between 6pm and 1 hour before sun down is $20 after hours fee. Anything after 1 hour before sun down incurs a next day fee.
Absolutely no pick up or drop off in the dark.

Towing:
Two inch receiver, we provide the hitch and sway bar(remove sway bar before backing up). 7 pin electrical hook up. Break controller is required.
