Whether you're camping in a regular RV site or prefer an "off-grid" experience, you'll appreciate all the amenities that are included in our comfy, cozy, RV! Since there is no awning, you'll enjoy the 10x10 canopy that's easily setup in 4 minutes. Everything needed for your setup (sewer, water, electrical) is provided & we'll be glad to provide instruction for set-up. If you like, we'll setup for you if you choose to have the RV delivered to your campsite.

Other things to note
Strongly recommend renters viewing Rvblogger's YouTube video for RV Newbies! Both gray & black water tanks should be emptied & associated gear cleaned & stowed before returning; otherwise there is an additional $100 fee.

The owner was very nice. The vehicle "Dorothy" was in pretty good shape. It was a tad sad for us that the generator was broken prior to us picking it up. The owner gave us a discount due to that.
