We just returned from our very first RV trip from Ohio to Colorado. We rented a class B RV from Frank, and couldn't have been more satisfied. Frank was helpful before our trip as well as during. The RV was impeccably clean, Frank went over everything thoroughly regarding the operation of the RV and encouraged us to video his explanations. Those videos came in handy when we forgot a couple of things explained to us. We had no problems with the vehicle on our adventure, except not being able to get the CD player to work. I texted him about the issue, and had a response within minutes--problem solved. We would rent an RV again, and would rent from Frank in a heartbeat.

This was our first RV experience. The vehicle was as advertised, really in good condition considering its age. No problems whatsoever and very easy to use. Frank and his partner met us in person, took plenty of time to show us the operation of the vehicle, were very honest or all positives and some quirks, and were available 24/7 if we needed them. Couldn’t imagine renting from a better owner, would absolutely take Rusty out again.
