Tara and Dwayne are great renters. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. The RV is a little bit of a different story though. Its clean and spacious but it seems to be suffering from a myriad of electrical issues that made the journey very frustrating. The trip started out great but the RV started having various small issues before we even got on the road. The stairs got stuck halfway down so i had to ratchet strap them up to drive. The air conditioning stopped working halfway to our first destination and the generator would not stay running at times. Once at the campground the leveling system would not turn on. The next morning it worked. Once plugged into the electrical at the rv slip everything worked well. On the way to our second destination we had an LP leak in the cabin. the alarm kept going off and we started to get nauseated from the smell. Scary situation. An otherwise awesome trip was kind of soured by the endless struggles to be comfortable in this very expensive rental unit. Another thing to note is that the gas motor in this unit is extremely thirsty and does not do well with mountain driving. We spent over $600 in fuel to go to WV and back. If you are not traveling very far and you plan on staying somewhere with full hookups this is the right rv for the job. Like I said the owners are great. I have full faith that they will repair the issues but I just want to convey my experience to help others make a good decision for their trip.
