*NO Smoking allowed.
*No Mexico or Canada Trips.
*No more than two pets. (All damages caused by pets are responsibility of the renter)
*Some festivals allowed NO Burning man please notify us if you're taking the RV to a festival.
*Must notify of out of state trips prior to travel.
* Any damages to the RV that are not covered by the insurance plan are the responsibility of the renter and all cost will be paid for by renter.
Breaking of the rules is automatic forfeit of the whole deposit.

The RV must be returned cleaned and gas and propane full and black and grey water empty or will be subject to additional fees. Renters are responsible for all damages and agrees to pay for any damage to the RV or items lost or stolen. If any accident may occur Renter is responsible for reporting it to the police and must notify owner within 24 hours of incident. Renter agrees to pay any amount not covered by the insurance in full or any other fees that may arise from incident.
