3.5They are always easy to work with. Great price. We’ve used them several times. Only complaint, the floors are always dirty. They are clean of debris, but if you walk in socks or bare feet, it’s dirty. The rest is clean.

4.0We had issues with leak in the bathroom (which we reported when we had this same RV last year) and we had to keep turning off gas/electric to get hot water. The mattresses on the beds are way too thin and very uncomfortable. Thank you

5.0Tom and his crews were wonderful! They set up the RV rental and made sure everything was working and running. It was my 3rd time to rent the RV from GRW. If I had any issue, Tom was able to assist me to resolve it.
