The training that Chris gave us was excellent. First time RV’ers and he made it very easy.

No problem dealing with your company. Your rental department is always professional and easy to work with. However......
a) The delivery driver was lost. He obviously did not know anything about the Daytona infield and delivered the RV to the wrong site in the infield with a lame excuse that nobody could tell him where the RV site was located. Luckily he called me. I was there and had to go get him and direct him to the site. Otherwise the RV might have been towed away when the site owners arrived! He did not perform a walkaround of the RV nor show us how to operate any thing in the unit.
b) The RV had a water leak in the line that feeds the sink We had to turn off the water pump after each use to keep water off the floor in the living area and to conserve water.
c) The oven did not work.
d) There was no instruction manual in the RV nor any literature on use of the RV.

We had to cancel our initial trip but it wasn’t an issue. They were very accommodating with their rescheduling policy. I don’t know the lady in charge of scheduling but she is awesome. We just returned and couldn’t be happier. The coach was great and the pre-check Tom gave was very thorough and helpful. We will continue to rent from giant recreation forever. Thanks.
