Most everything is great. My only complaint is we could not get any of the TV's to work and there is cable at the raceway. This seems to happen almost every year. Would of been nice to have this year because we took our 4 year old grand daughter.

WOW, everything was GREAT . From the front desk to the walk through, 2 thumbs up ..... Very easy process from pick up to drop off . I will recommend Giant Recreation Word to my family and friends ... Thank you again..

Ok. The RV itself was nice, but it had a major flaw. The generator wasn't working properly so the AC was constantly cutting off. It was a long trip so, this made for a pretty miserable experience when all was said and done. I'm giving 3 stars because the customer service was a 5. GRW (specifically Tom) was there every step of the way trying to assist the best way they could. He actually made a bad situation somewhat bearable. I think he is even taking steps to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Hope this helps.

Rented for a race a Daytona speedway. This is the second time renting for this event. Very easy company to work with. Nice people on site.

Giant Recreation World made our first RV experience hassle and stress free. They went over and beyond from giving my wife and myself driving classes to answering our questions during the rental and making to return process seamless. The manger is awesome and met our every need. GRW has just gained a lifetime customer.

Overall experience was good. The RV’s master bathroom was clogged with toilet papers and stools, that was the first nightmare. on our first night we had to expend hours flushing and declogging the bathroom. The dinner table lamp bulbs were not working until we had to tied and holding down. Needs to be replaced. The back camera was useless Because the screen was damaged. Despite of those inconveniences the RV was clean, and quite new. Appliances not problems. operational was good. For a 2020 Mirada We were expecting something better. Thanks for your business!!
