Hello, thanks for checking out my camper listing. This 2017 Heartland Gateway 3800 is 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath. Very spacious with 5 slides and tall ceilings. Has auto leveling Jack system to ensure proper level. There are TVs in every room including the living room. Washer and dryer work and are very convenient for longer vacation stays. Come equipped with all linens needed to complete the camping trip. Full size refrigerator and microwave. All kitchenware is also included. Mini Keurig coffee maker, toaster, all pots and pans, utensils and everything else to complete kitchen utilization. Also there is an outside gas grill with the outdoor kitchen. I will consider small pets under 20lbs, but please inquire before booking. I will only allow myself to deliver and pick up camper. Sorry if this is any convenience. This is a 50 AMP power connection, a 30 AMP power box will NOT work for this unit. 50 AMP only. Thanks again for looking and hope to see you soon.
