2020 Keystone RV Outback Ultra-Lite
Like new 2020 model! Clean and Comfortable with theater seating , Large TV , Full kitchen and Bath, Sleeps up to 4 , Full Queen Bed with curtain for some privacy, and dinette folds down for second bed. Beautifully decorated and ready to use. Outside has a full awning and plenty of storage in the front pass thru storage compartment. We are pet friendly but please keep them off the furniture and please select the Pet Fee add on if you will be bringing your furry friend.
*Note 1: Please do not throw wet wipes, feminine products or anything other than RV toilet paper in the toilet. If I need to go sewage fishing your full security deposit will be used!
*Note 2: Please Dump black and gray water sewage tanks prior to returning. If they are returned full we will keep $100 from security deposit.
*Note 3: We deep clean and sanitize between each guest but we do ask that you return it in a neat and orderly fashion. If there is lots of trash and dirt we will keep $100 of the security deposit for extra cleaning.
*Note 4 : We will only deliver to specified Campsites. In other words we won’t deliver to your house with no hookups and questionable room to maneuver.*****NO Smoking*****
