Bunks! Full wall slide out makes for spacious interior that can accommodate kids and family! On the inside, step inside and find luxury and convenience at your fingertips. To the left of the entrance there is a double kitchen sink, overhead cabinet, and pantry to keep things organized. To the right of the entry door you will find a sofa and an overhead cabinet. The wall slide features a dinette (that can drop into a bed) with a TV above, microwave, three burner range, refrigerator, bunks (each with a TV), wardrobe. In the rear bedroom there is a queen bed, nightstands, and ample storage! Leaving the bedroom you will find the dual access bathroom with a toilet, sink, and corner shower, plus so much more! On the outside, the large awning provides the cover and shade you need for the camping weekend of your dreams! The external propane hook-up will allow the chef of the family to grill with convenience. When the kids or fur babies get covered in sand, the outside shower comes in handy! Outside TV for the big game adds to the fun. Add in ample underneath storage (2 pass thru's). All this will make the camping give memories of a lifetime! Other key aspects: Also includes a barely broke in 4000KW Onan Generator. We will include all the accessories that are needed to have a great camping experience. Option for other items like stainless steel gas grill (that hooks directly to the external quick disconnect propane), bike rack, and more! What's includedCamping amenities that include fresh linens up to 4, basic cookware, plates, utensils. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Just contact us with your request. Let us know what time you would like to pick up/drop off. If we can accommodate, we will! Generally speaking, it's similar to hotel check-in/outs. Roughly 12:00pm (noon) for drop-off when returning, and 4:00pm for pick-up. But like we said, contact us with your request! If we don't have an immediate turn around with another customer, we can definitely be flexible.
