My family and I love to Rv and want others to share in the same joy we experience. We love to visit the national parks like Joshua Tree National Park and Death Valley National Park. Unfortunately these places often don't have power at the campsites especially if you like to boon-dock like we do. So we have added a few things to make boon-docking much more enjoyable. Some of those add ons are a large solar system to keep the batteries charged and a 8000 watt diesel generator.
This Rv has all the comforts of home like an air conditioner, furnace, fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave.
The main area has bunk beds and dinette of which turns into bed as well. The front bed is a very comfortable full-size queen. The bathroom is complete with full standup shower, toilet and sink. There is also lots of storage for all your gear, clothes and food.Don't have the ability or desire to tow this? No worries, we have a delivery available for you!The unique thing about our rental is it's an all inclusive rental which means no prep fee and you DO NOT need to dump the tanks, fill up the propane or fuel before you return it. One is Joshua Tree National Park, they have several campgrounds inside the park and 2 boon-docking areas one at the North and one at the South. The North provides an absolutely beautiful view of the night sky!
Another is Calico Ghost Town, really fun place to go and visit, especially during Halloween! They have full hookup sites and dry sites. There is also a off highway area that we camp in, it’s free and there are lots of little caves to explore!
A really close local favorite is Yucaipa Regional Park, they have great sites with a fishing lake, disc golf course and many hiking trails.
Then just up the hill is Big Bear Lake! Lots of hiking, fishing, off-road trails and many many Rv campground options. Some very close to the lake and some very remote and in the thick of the trees. Other things to noteOne of the best things about renting our Rv is that you don’t have to empty the tanks or refill the propane, Its all included in your rental!
I know one of the biggest hassles of Rving is trying to find a dump station and refilling the propane. So to ensure you have a wonderful time with your family, let me take care of the tanks! No extra charge!

No smoking in this unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit a service fee of $500 will be claimed from your security deposit.
You should never be on the roof of my unit
You are not to go over [65 MPH]
If you leave the unit in a condition that requires excessive cleaning I will charge you $150 out of your security deposit
If you have a pet in the unit without approval there will be a $150 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit
If you are late returning the unit there will be a penalty fee of $20 per hour unless otherwise agreed upon.
Renters are responsible for the tires on the unit

We expect the RV to be returned in the same condition it was delivered to you. This means all the counters clean, dishes washed and put away, floors swept and anything else cleaned that was used or got dirty.
