Spacious and equipped with what you’ll need for a great weekend whether in the desert, beach, or festival. On board large generator that’s easy start with the press of a button on the control panel inside the trailer. 40 gallon fuel station on board, fuels generator and toys. Has cable lock for security of toys. The trailer has solar panels and an inverter, two 8 gallon propane tanks, new batteries, propane and electric water heaters, the furnace works very well and it had two a/c units that keep cool in the hot summer. There is a very Comfortable queen bed in master with smart tv. Double access to restroom, good size shower. Oversized tanks with Arctic package to prevent freezing. Has cables for patio (no railing yet). Tight squeeze but can fit 4 seat can am, multiple quads, bikes, or golf cart.

Blackstone grill, standard coffee pot, toaster, blender, plates, bowls, silverware, coffee cups, regular cups, cook wear, cutting board, bunk bed has 3” mattress topper, board games, trash cans and bags included. One camp table, 4 chairs, and outdoor rug included. Please supply your own linen.

This trailer is easy to tow and perfect for Lake and mountain campgrounds, Johnson Valley, Giant Rock, Cougar Buttes, stagecoach, beach trips, and so much more.
Other things to note
Absolutely no pets or smoking. Please avoid motorcycle boots in the trailer and avoid damage to vinyl flooring. Please use caution with wind when using awning.
