Recommendations

Broken Bow/Beaver's Bend State park (3.5 hours from OKC) is always a winner, and it can be camped almost year round. Southern Colorado like the Spanish Peaks or the Rio Grande National park (~9-9 hours from OKC) are also awesome (season ends there 2nd week in Sep). Meramec Spring Park (6 hrs from OKC) is good year-round.

Other things to note

When you contact me, please provide the make/model of your tow vehicle, your towing experience, camping location, number of people that will use the RV, and if you would like to bring pets.

I work Mon-Fri and sometimes go out of town, so rental pickup and drop-off will depend on both of our schedules, but hasn't really been an issue yet.

I will only allow Outdoorsy verified drivers to tow the RV. This is required in the event YOU need to make a claim to the insurance that you purchased through Outdoorsy.

Brake Controller is required. Reach out to me if you are unsure what that is.

Failure to empty black/gray tanks: $100. Towing with sloshing fluids in the gray/black tanks is a safety hazard for you. Avoid the fee. I only require you to empty them, not flush them, I'll do that when you return.

Only small(er), housebroken pets allowed.

Dean was great to deal with. He gave detailed information about all the unit’s features. It towed easily even in heavy winds. All the equipment worked flawlessly. Set up and take down were simple. We traveled 3,000 miles without a worry.
