Brandon's delivery and communication were outstanding. The 4 star rating is due to a couple small issues that the trailer itself had, one of which I had to repair myself during the trip. Overall very good trip and service provided by Brandon.

We originally rented one camper but when we picked it up the break away release cable was broken there was not a spare tire the tire that was then given to us was too big in addition the sticker on the tag was not updated. Was told the tag was good but could not find registration. Was able to switch campers which delayed our trip half a day to receive a camper that both the tanks were full of waste. Brandon did communicate but needs to do a more thorough job of inspecting the trailers before renting. These issues could of been safety hazards.

The camper was never advertised with a spare tire, you have roadside assistance through Outdoorsy and this is a 2021 so the chance of an issue would be very little as this camper just made a trip back from Colorado the week before. I attempted to make this better by giving you a spare I had in the garage.

Brandon was great. Very communicative and helpful. Camper was small, but had most of the things we needed: plates, bowls, silverware, lighter, coffee maker and coffee cups. Brandon also gave us bedding and towels to use. I definitely recommend renting from Brandon.

Brandon couldn't have been better to work with. He made getting the camper easy and even let me pick it up early due to the fact my wife is handicapped. Towels,dishes linens and other supplies were already cleaned and ready for us to use even thou we wanted to use our own. The camper was very clean and Brandon explained how everything worked making it very enjoyable. He gave me his cell number and told me to call with any questions no matter what time of day. The A/C worked great and felt wonderful after being out on the lake in the hot sun fishing. We will be looking to use Brandon again but next time looking for a bed the goes in the direction of front to back instead of side to side. Heck for to 70+ year olds we did good but it sucks waking each other up to go to the bathroom at night.

The RV was as described and perfect for what we needed during the horse show season in Ocala. Brandon was terrific to work with - very responsive and accommodating. He was available when we had questions about how to work some things on the RV and made arrangements when we decided to extend our stay at the last minute. We will be back next year and plan to rent from Brandon!

Brandon was excellent to deal with and was flexible with with pick-up and return hours. We had a mechanical issue with the trailer during our trip and Brandon was very responsive and helped us with finding someone at our location to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. The trailer was very easy to tow with my 1/2 ton truck and had plenty of room for two people. I would rent from him again in the future without hesitation.

The 2019 Heartland Pioneer was perfect for my husband, two kids and I. Everything in the RV was working properly and it was fully stocked with everything we needed (pots, pans, kitchen utensils, t.v. coffee pot, etc.) for a wonderful time.
Brandon is excellent. He was very accommodating when we had a problem with our truck and delivered the RV and completely set it up for us. We communicated with him a few times about details of our trip and he responded right away. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Brandon and his RV.

I had an amazing trip for my first RV rental and trip. I had concerns about towing and parking but prior experience towing a boat made things easier. The RV was clean and comfortable as advertised. One minor problem was resolved with some quick engineering at the campsite. Brandon was very responsive all through the process making the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be renting another RV again soon.

Wow! We were in town for a “camp in” event that was a few miles from where this camper lives, and the price was right. We didn’t expect to have the best experience and trip! This was the perfect camper for us!

Brandon was very prompt on communication. I was looking for a camper to take into the infield for the Daytona speedweks and I came across Brandon's listing. I actually was able to setup within a few day to go out and meet with him and look at it before I rented it to make sure it was what I saw in his description. It was exactly what he had listed. He explained everything and I went home and actually rented it that night for the dates I needed.
When the pickup date came, Brandon worked out a good time time to pick it up. We worked around each others work schedule which worked out great. The camper was cleaned and had everything I needed. When it came to drop it back off, again Brandonnwas very responsive and we worked out a good time for both of us.

I was very pleased with the camper and Brandon. I am looking to buy and wanted to try a camper this size first. It was easy to tow and perfect for my 4 days at Edisto Beach SC. Brandon was quick to respond and a very nice guy.

I booked Brandon's trailer at the last minute and it helped me out. The communication was quick and easy. The owner had just purchased this 2019 year old trailer from a dealer and had not done the inspection of the appliances and equipment. At first glance the trailer was clean and well equipped but when it came time to use the shower, the sewage water was running underneath. After a quick check, I saw that the drain pipe was broken because the bath stand had gone through the rotting floor! It smelled really bad! The toilet wasn't working either, the awning light wasn't on, there was no wood block to block the wheels or to put under the jacks, no lighter to light the stove no toaster etc. Many things were broken or missing even though it was a 2019. I think the previous owners did not pay attention to the trailer. Brandon tells me that he will fix all these things before he rents the trailer again.

Hey Simon after what you said was a really enjoyable trip I’m very disappointed to see a three star review. The shower leaking was the only real issue you actually had and you were still able to take a shower, I just bought the trailer was a week ago and It did not affect your rental you’re the one that chose to take the service access panel out from underneath the trailer to investigate further instead of leaving it to me to take care of when you brought it back the next day. And the smell was not from underneath the shower, I checked the mold that you were talking about was an underlayment that’s put there to make sure the wooden floor underneath (which was not rotten) . The smell was from the fact that you would nearly filled up the black tank up then towed the trailer around sloshing the poo water around. You also dropped it off full of black water. The shower leak was just a P-trap drain seal that was weeping and should not have affected you’re rental whatsoever.
