The camper is used and in need of repair. Two of the three doors to the overhead storage had broken glass cabinet fronts, the screen door that would not stay shut, car fresheners shoved in the vents to mask the musty smells, and the spare tire that almost fell off. Thankfully I had my tools with me to retighten while traveling. The camper has an overall “well-used” look. I paid over $780 for a long weekend, and then the owner charged an additional $100 because the bathroom was not clean to their standard.

Unfortunately this is far from the truth. So let's set the record straight. We have multiple messages from this renter thanking us for the rental and how great they enjoyed their weekend. Not once did they mention a "problem" until they were assessed a cleaning fee. So we'll let you read in between the lines on how this review came to be.
We take cleanliness very seriously and want only 100% clean and sanitized campers to be what any renter receives. In this particular case we found that a dozen areas, not just the bathroom, needed additional cleaning. It took our crew 1 hour to clean up those areas including filling an entire Dyson cordless sweeper bin, sanitizing the outside of the toilet that was covered in urine and feces, removing food from the sink and drain, cleaning toothpaste off the counters and bathroom sink and more. To claim that the camper was returned clean is very inaccurate and I hope that anyone reading this response appreciates the degree to which we clean and sanitize every camper that we rent.

Lindsey and Brian were amazing! You could really tell that providing the means to an outdoor experience was their passion. Lindsey responded to our request within an hour which was amazing considering some didn’t even respond. I asked a million questions,which didn’t even phase her, she answered every one diligently. Brian was very personable, and went over the whole camper from front to back explaining every detail. The camper was in excellent condition and also very clean as displayed by the photos. It was fully stocked and ready to roll. They provided the camper with fresh water as well as two full tanks of Propane at no charge. They really made the rental process from reservation to pick up to drop off very easy. I couldn’t be happier! I really appreciate you guys for making this part of our trip so easy!

We had a great experience with renting and using this trailer. First, Lindsay lives less than 20 minutes from my house so picking it up was a breeze...if you live on the north side. Lindsay and Brian went over everything in great detail, which is great. Had a great time with friends on Racoon Lake, four adults were fine in the camper. I felt bad for the other husband who is 6'3" sleeping on the bunk beds. Would definitely rent from Lindsey again!

Lindsey and Brian are easily the friendliest and most organized people I have rented from on outdoorsy. Their camper has everything you will need to go camping. They are super quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I plan on renting from them again.
