What's included

Rental includes:... Camping chairs; kitchen supplies; 4 CF refrigerator with freezer (an insulated cooler is also available); an outdoor grill; inside toilet/ shower (wet bath), and outside shower; TV and built in stereo (with CD and USB ports) and freshly laundered mattress covers… the entire interior cleaned and sanitized for your use. Exterior “perimeter lighting” (motion activated) also available.

We also provide - “on request” - professional Chef Kitchen accessories for those who are die-hard Camp cooks!

In addition, board games are provided, for those rare gloomy days, or evening pastime; we also offer a classic’s library; AND be sure to receive your FREE copy of Anna Sewell’s book “Black Beauty!”… But the big story is… “Black Beauty” is a Great Adventure for kids… (of ALL ages!!) So, saddle-up, and take the reins!!

The extended sleeping areas have privacy curtains. Your comfort assured with a 13,500 BTU A/C, 20,000 BTU furnace, 6 gallons hot water heater, water filtration systems, fire and carbon monoxide alerts, and duel 20 lb propane tanks. And you will find night lights at floor level; and optional security systems.

Renter provides own personal items such as toiletries/towels/ pillows/bedding/or sleeping bags etc. Full detail of items included in the rental available on request, or on making a reservation; included content providing all essential needs other than personal items, and food. We also provide disposable plates and cutlery, plus a selection of pottery mugs. Renter is free to bring own China and cutlery if desired…IF washing dishes is best minimized to help manage gray water disposal.

Recommendations

Because this unit is a large folding camper (not a typical pop-up), it is intended to be delivered to your chosen “full hookup” and graded RV site. (Set up and tare down by Owner.) If “primitive or dry camping”, please note additional charges may be incurred; and amenities may be limited. Typical set up is a three hour process, but primitive sites usually less accessible.

Other things to note

“Black Beauty” is well cared for and in prime condition, the upper walls and roof a canvass structure (but with a solid main cabin roof), involving zippers and removable plastic windows creating a great and UNIQUE “one with nature camping experience"; however, while strong and durable, reasonable CARE is required to avoid damage!

The unit is carefully prepared and sanitized between rentals including all surfaces, fabrics, rugs and throw pillows. The camper fully ventilated after each use.

On completion of rental, please be sure to leave clean, especially the wet bath and kitchen, and swept out…in similar condition as received; with everything stowed as found. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance with this.

This is a no-smoking unit. (Please note an additional security deposit applies for pets.) Unable to fully utilize "Black Beauty"... helping campers have that special family experience provides our “camping fix!” And “Black Beauty” loves to be free to gallop!!
