Marsh Creek Lake is an excellent spot for swimming or a lakeside picnic. During the winter, the lake freezes over, and locals from the city bring their ice skates. The main thing to do in Paradise is strolling through its rural streets or take the kids to the playground in Paradise Community Park. The park is set up with shady pavilions where you and your family can enjoy a suburban picnic.

For a little more variety, consider taking a day trip to Lancaster. The bustling city offers a broad selection of restaurants as well as modern coffee shops and lively bars. The Lancaster Central Market is a unique attraction.
