About Michel Poulin

Michel was an avid outdoorsmen in Northwestern Ontario. Canoeing and hiking much of the Voyageur fur trade routes north of Lake Superior and East of Lake Nipigon. After leaving Canada for the United States he took up the time honored tradition of the infamous Collage Road Trip around the Great Lakes for yearly pilgrimages to visit Family. In 2006 He married Maria, a New York native living most of her life in the Lower state in the shadows of The City. The unlikely couple had started their relationship with several road trips into Canada and the northern Midwest states. Over time we realized many of the motels along the routes regularly taken were les than desirable for numerous reasons and the search for a travel trailer began. We looked at dozens of models before tossing our hands in the air and switched our eyes onto Motor coaches eventually settling on the FR3 30DS in 2016 to be our "started" RV. Since we have added further destinations to our travel plans. This year we decided to move up to a larger coach with amenities more inline with multi-week trips and finally picked up a new-to-us rv and are looking forward to trips through the Rockies to the West coast in the near future.
