Cancelled the day before our trip as RV was not ready. We booked a month in advance. If there were concerns with where to pick up, etc, would have been nice to be given some options or a call. Not an email in the morning the day before we were to leave.

From the outset Dana and Juli were wonderful. I was given the opportunity to see the RV before renting it. They were very accommodating and completely trustworthy. It was our first RV experience and proved to be awesome. The RV was perfect for our needs.

The owners were great! Explained everything with the RV in detail, gave us a cheat sheet of tips and were a text away if we had a question. The RV was awesome and a lot larger then we thought. Very clean. We would rent from them again!
