Got surprised cost at the end of our trip. Be careful, what you are charged at the beginning, is not what you will pay at the end. The water we couldn't use because it smelled like choline. Also didn't want us to use the awning. I'll pass on this one ,next time.

We had a wonderful experience with Dale and renting his Keystone Bullet. Dale did a full walk through of the trailer and explained how everything works which was very helpful for us as first time renters. Dale is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and flexible. We highly recommend renting from Dale and will rent from him again on a future camping trip. Thank you Dale for lending us your trailer and helping make our camping experience awesome!

First time renting a trailer and using outdoorsy, we were very very satisfied with the size of the trailer, it was perfect in every way! Dale was very professional and courteous and on time delivering and picking up the trailer to the minute! We will definitely use this service and will pass Dale's name on our friends and family.

Dale was direct and easy to work with. His orientation was very thorough. Pick up and drop off was easy. He allowed us some leeway on pickup which was a big help.

First time using Outdoorsy and Dale made a great first impression. Very responsive and communicative prior to pickup, super helpful during the walk thru and explained everything, and the trailer was in great shape. Everything worked perfectly, contained everything we needed and made our trip super easy and stress-free. I will rent this trailer from Dale again and highly recommend to anyone else.

I greatly appreciated working with Nicole. She was by far the most responsive person in all of my attempts at reserving various trailers for our weekend get away. She was also quite gracious in dealing with my numerous questions as I am a rookie to the whole trailer scene. The trailer itself was also very roomy, very easy to get set-up, and use and functioned quite well for my little family of four. We loved it and our trip and made wonderful memories for a life-time! I would recommend renting this trailer from these folks to anyone.

What a great experience! Nicole and her husband made our first time renting an RV flawless! Nicole was very informative and answered all my questions in a timely manner right from the beginning. The RV was very comfortable and well maintained. There was plenty of room and we felt right at home. Nicole's husband made set up and pick up extremely easy for us. We would definitely rent this RV again!

Nicole and her husband were awesome! Their Travel trailer was perfect for our family of five camping at Sly Park on Jenkinson Lake. Nicole was super kind, and thorough in providing instructions; she was also responsive to all my questions prior to arriving. The trailer was reasonably priced, spotless and well maintained. Pick up was easy for our family with children (just off the freeway)- which was convenient. Thanks Nicole for providing our family with an incredible first "RV camping experience"!

Timely check in and pick up, excellent review of the equipment, beautiful and flawless trailer easy tow, fantastic support mid trip with a couple of questions. Timely return and easy review of condition and walk around. Just great experience overall, will certainly be in touch with Nicole in the future if we need a trailer!

The trailer was amazing. It very clean and Nicole made sure we were aware of how to use all the amenities the trailer had to offer. As for Nicole herself. I cannot say enough. She was very easy to work with, had all the documents in order, and made sure our trip was a great success.
Nicole, I just would like to tell you how much your help meant to me. In July of 2016, I was diagnosed with Stage IV Breast Cancer.
