Marc was great to deal with and the RV worked perfect for us. The only complaint is with Outdoorsy. The RV was listed at $289 per day but Outdoorsy charged $312.50 per day and also charged $99.50 for a vehicle protection plan that didn't have a description of the plan was actually for and I didn't ask for. I called and emailed outdoorsy multiple times with no response. The Rv was good but I will find another site to rent from next time.

Marc and his brother Pete were absolutely terrific to work with. We were doing this for the first time and they were so helpful and made our planning and prep so much easier. We got great advice and only had a couple of very minor questions while on the road -- they responded immediately.

We had a great time! We camped at an old campground that only had 30 amp hookups. We bought a converter to save ourselves the cost of running the generator. He bought it from us upon our return. Marc worked with us on our pickup and drop off locations and times. Great experience! We would gladly rent from him again!!!

I can’t say enough. Marc did everything to make this the trip of a lifetime and it was. The RV is perfect, his tutorial on everything made me confident and it went perfect. These are the type of trips we will always talk about.

The RV was great, unfortunately the restroom was not in working condition which was not noticed until it was on site and we were en route. This was not ideal being there was one restroom which was closed after 7pm and the other was at the bottom of the marina resulting in driving my in-laws in the middle of the night down to. The RV was clean, and very well stocked on just about ever basic essential that you could imagine! Marc was super apologetic about the entire issue and was easily accessible the whole time. I will definitely be renting this RV again!
