Lack of communication at the beginning of the trip. We paid for delivery and setup and take down and that was all handled and ready for us. Once we were connected, communication was great and answered all questions and concerns. It was very roomy and great for what we needed at the horse show. We were staying at HITS Balmoral Horse Park for a week.

It was horrible the trailer never worked from day one the generator never worked I had a put a hose in a gas can to get it to work and then it stopped and would not start again then he laughed at me when I asked for a Partial refund I am still trying to get I don’t think anybody should rent this trailer They had pans in the sink have ants in it had dog hair in the back had his clothes and everything in it He hits a golf cart with his truck And he thinks I’m wrong for asking for a partial refund I don’t think I am no air the first day was to hot inside the trailer could not sleeping at last they had no lights no air and every day in between had problems I had to personally buy a generator and 2 air-conditioners To at least sleep in it I believe outdoorsy should help me out in this sense i used them to use his trailer I have pictures to prove and people will vouch for all the problems I had
