My experience was beyond terrible!!! When I got to the location to pick up camper I noticed the battery was dead. I explained to the owner that the battery was dead she then proceeded to tell me that I obviously did not know anything about campers. It did not stop there!!!! She continuously harassed me and demanded me to turn around and bring the camper back or she was calling the police!!!! I then had to turn around and bring the camper back resulting in my family missing our family vacation and costing me lots of money for lodging. I am still trying to get my refund back from this owner! This owner is trying to charge me with a one night rental after she demanded me bring it back after having it for only 30 minutes. So far Outdoorsy has been given us great support on this matter.
