My sister & I rented this awesome RV for a New England road trip. Charles was great from the very beginning. He gave an excellent tutorial on how to successfully operate every feature of the vehicle. He was also very responsive in the two times I reached out to him while on the road. This RV was clean and well-equipped and the beds were super comfortable! I would highly recommend this vehicle.

I rented for a month-long cross-country RV journey and had a terrific experience with Charles and his RV from start to finish! He was very responsive and great to work with through the entire process. The RV is very clean and well maintained and I enjoyed it immensely (I was sorry to have to hand it back!). Charles gave a very thorough instructional tour with tips to having a successful trip. During my many miles I found myself referring back to his briefing and I recommend that future renters pay close attention....his instructions and advice were clear and very useful. To me, he's the model for what you want from an Outdoorsy owner.

Outdoorsy was a true lifesaver. Having the opportunity to obtain an RV was the best option given the current airplane with Covid situation. Everything fell into place. The owner of the RV consistently communicated with me throughout the entire process. He and Outdoorsy was very patient with me. This was my first time renting an RV and all went well. Looking forward to making arrangements for next June. One special wish- keep this RV preserved and untouched until I return next year.

Charles is very responsive to messages through Outdoorsy. He has put in a lot of effort to make using his RV very easy, including an excellent guide. He took the time to go over all of the features of the RV prior to our leaving. We had some questions during the trip and Charles was very responsive and helpful. Upon return there was some damage we caused and Charles was very gracious and calm about the insurance claim process.

Charles took his time and explaned every thing about the RV. We had an excellent trip and had a great time. The RV was easy to drive and set up at all the camp sights. It was a pleasure dealing with Charles, this was our first RV trip and he answered all of our questions and concerns.

My wife and I took Charles' RV on a ~600 mile trip over the course of a few days, both dry and hook up camping. The RV was immaculate inside and out and equipped with very nice features. Once the slider is out and you are camped you truly feel at home. Charles is a great communicator and took a great deal of care in explaining all of the RV's features, including a few extras that he has added on himself. It's clear that the RV has been well-cared for.

We had a great weekend trip! Charles was super! He made sure to go over every single aspect of the RV at pick up. All the questions we had - were answered without me even having to ask! He is great! We arrived at our campsite late at night - had a few issues with hook ups which ended up being the campsites problems not the RV. But when we contacted Charles he got back to us immediately and tried to help us! The RV is in SUPER condition practically new. With the slideout you have a great amount of room to move around. Drives like a dream. Thanks Charles - can't wait to rent again!

We had a great trip. The RV was well maintained, clean, and relatively easy to handle. Charles was very thorough during the walk through. He was very helpful and responsive on our trip when we had questions. I would definitely rent this RV again.
