I can't say enough good things about Michael! Prior to our trip, he was available to answer any and all questions I had. At pickup, he was extremely thorough in explaining the details of the van so we had no issues on our trip. The van was very easy to drive and had great pickup on steep mountain roads. Having solar panels was a big plus in my book. Thanks, Michael, for your camping area recommendation too and overall great camping experience!
