When we received the van, the tags had expired in 2020 and the vehicle had 1/4 tank of gas. The check engine light was on as soon as we started the car and remained on the entire time which might not have been as concerning if the van did not have 244,000 miles on it. There were dirty masks between the seats and the wall and dirty Kleenex on the floor along with some Cheetos and a pillow.
Three hours into the trip, the overhead lights started blinking nonstop and did not stop until we reached our destination and shut the car off- we tried everything we could to get them to turn off but nothing worked. It was dark by this time and it was not great driving conditions with lights flashing on and off. We later figured out that it may have been because a person had moved to a particular seat and that caused some kind of short in the wiring because every time someone sat in that particular seat, the lights flashed. The DVD player did not work and there were no speakers working at all in the back of the van. The photos specifically show a screen above the seats to watch movies. The outlets to charge our phones did not even work. Overall it was extremely disappointing for the price we paid for the van plus the additional cleaning and prep fees. Luckily we made it there and back without being stopped by a police officer for expired tags or without breaking down. We rent vehicles often. This was our first time with Outdoorsy and they need to do a better job of screening the owners. This van should have never been rented out. We would definitely not recommend.
