If you are RV tripping near the Great Lakes, Day Lake Campground offers up a beautiful backdrop along with July 4th fun as well. Day Lake campground has trails, mountain biking options, and is a favorite for those who love to fish. When Independence Day rolls around, the campground and community hosts a fireworks display.

3. Crawford State Park, Farlington, KS

If you need a pit stop to cater to your family’s barbecue spirit this July 4th, Crawford State Park offers up hamburgers and hotdogs at the marina for families getting ready for the big fireworks display you can watch from the park as well.

4. South Beach State Park, Newport, OR

Central coastal Oregon offers scenic beaches and access to RV camping right next to the Pacific Ocean. South Beach State Parkis a great place to vacation on its own, but nearby Yaquina Bay has one of the largest coastal fireworks displays for the 4th. If you are in town before the show, be sure to check out the town’s parade and concert that take place during the day.
