Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 1 pm - Check-Out: 11 am - Please call us and we will direct you to your site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Alcoholic Beverages and Illegal Substances Policy - No illegal drug use or illegal activity permitted. - Alcohol consumption is allowed at your site only. Smoking Policy - Please note “NO SMOKING” pertains to the entire park. - No smoking or any tobacco products are permitted outside of the RV. Pet Policy - All pets must be registered at the office. - Maximum of 1 pet per site. - Pet rules will be issued, and compliance is mandatory. - Remember cats are pets too, and the rules apply to them. - They are not to be let out to run loose. - The following breeds are NOT allowed in the park: Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Mixes, and Rottweilers. - Pets must always be on a leash with the owner when outdoors. - Pets cannot be tied outside and left unattended. - Guests must pick up after their pets. - No aggressive breeds allowed on the premises. - Dogs weighing over 50 pounds are also not permitted. - Dogs must always be kept on a leash when in public areas. Camp Sites Policy - Each site is limited to one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle. - If there is room on your site, you may park an additional vehicle if it does not stick out beyond your site area. Vehicles Policy - The RV must be well-maintained and in excellent overall condition. - Vehicles must be well maintained (no oil leaks) and operate safely. - Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not permitted. Speed Limit - The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH (miles per hour). Parking Policy - Vehicles are to be parked only in the space intended. - The common areas are not for parking. Quiet Time - Quiet Time: 10:00pm until 8:00 am. - All vehicular noise is to be kept to a minimum. - Please be mindful of your neighbors when warming your diesel engines — they can be very loud. Motor Vehicles Policy - Recreational use of motorized bikes, motorcycles, or ATVs within the park is not permitted. Sewer Gaskets/Seals Policy - We require the use of sewer gaskets/seals. - Sewer hoses should be raised off the ground. - We have septic tanks in the park so we require tanks to arrive empty. - If you need a place to dump your grey or black water tank before arrival the closest station is located at Camping World of Asheville (2.8 miles from our park located at 2918 N Rugby Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28791) arrival with an empty tank then allows hookup to the park’s septic system. Waste Policy - Green Garbage Receptacles: Garbage cans can only contain sealed trash bags. - Do not throw unbagged trash directly in the trash can. Not only does it attract bears, but the local town ordinance also requires all trash to be bagged. - Blue Recycling Receptacles: Recycling pickup is available- all items for recycling must be rinsed and placed in the designated blue Receptacles.
