Back-In Full Hookup Site

Damages: I understand that I am responsible for any damages to the site caused by my guests or me as determined by River Vista RV Village. I authorize River Vista RV Village to charge my credit card for all damages for which I am responsible, but not including those items to be considered normal wear and tear. Should I be charged for damages, River Vista RV Village will provide me with a detailed statement of repairs and the costs associated with those repairs. I shall not hold employees liable or responsible for any injuries or damages sustained by my guests or me during my stay at River Vista RV Village. I agree that violation of the Policies will result in immediate request to leave without refund. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: - Check-Ins will be at 1:00 PM - Check-Outs will be at 11:00 AM. - Violation of any state or federal law, or guest policies by any member or guest may result in immediate eviction of the entire party from the resort without refund. - Policies are subject to change without notice. All additions, deletions, and exceptions will be at the discretion of the general manager. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
