Make Family Memories in this 2018 Forest River Acadia Travel trailer- 29/31 total feet of FUN family get away. This RV is in like new condition and only taken on a couple trips. There is a nice open kitchen plan with microwave, stove/oven , sink and cabinetry. The Bench and table seating is great for puzzles, dinner and folds down into a bed. There is a leather couch that pulls out into another bed. The kids will love the oversized bunks in the back. The master bedroom has a separate space in the front of the trailer with privacy curtains and its own closets. There is an upgraded memory foam queen mattress for extra comfortable sleeping. There is a bathroom with shower and sink in the back right corner. The outside has a great awning covering -This is our family camper- we Love Camping and want to help you make your family trip memorable.

We are happy to provide bedding, towels, kitchen supplies and cleaners. Beds will be made up and ready to sleep in :) We can also help customize to your trip

The go anywhere off-grid ready or just glamping-lite popup camper. True off road camper with high clearance mud tires and independent suspension. It has up to 40 gal. of fresh water supplying the kitchen and shower with on demand hot water if needed. The OP4 comes with 2 batteries that will last for several days depending on use. Also comes with onboard heater for use on those cold night or late season trips. The OP4 can sleep 6 in 3 double beds or fold the main bed and dinette area into a luxurious King size. Beats sleeping in tent in any condition. The OP4 is equipped with a kitchen that includes sink, and 4 burner stove. The OP4 onboard ARB fridge/fever for keeping things cool/frozen. Setting up and tearing down camp is easy, just flip the storage rack up, open both sides, turn on the air compressor to inflate the 8 ft tall ceiling. The fully loaded camper is approximately 4000 lbs (approximately 2900 lbs dry weight). This can be towed by full size truck or mid-size SUV/truck with a class IV receiver (2”x2”) can tow the camper. It does require tow hitch specific to the camper which will be provided.

- IMPORTANT: Our girl is BIG and she cannot make it underneath anything less than 10’6”. This means no drive thrus or small bridges. Please please please be aware of this and cautious as you drive our tiny home to your amazing adventures
- She does not have high clearance or 4 wheel drive so if you are attempting to go somewhere with big rocks, super uneven terrain, mud or loose sand, you will get stuck and damage the van!
- Please do not drive with the table fully mounted as it will swing and shatter the glass in the rear windows
- Absolutely NO SMOKING will be tolerated. If there is any remnants or smell of smoke in the vehicle when returned there will be a $150 fee taken out of your deposit.

We have taken our van to over 40 states now and in each state we have found such incredible beauty! In New England, we recommend driving north to the White Mountains in New Hampshire to see the fall foliage, go on some incredible hikes, and explore the Kancamagus highway. Continue on to Vermont and its incredible mountains this winter to ski/snowboard or Maine where you can visit Portland & its numerous breweries, small beach towns, and Acadia National Park!
