Big Sky RV Park & Campground

Big Sky RV & Campground offers a quiet place to go RV camping just outside the city of Anaconda. The park is on the way to Glacier, Yellowstone, and Little Bighorn National Monument. At one point in time, Anaconda was at the home of the Anaconda Copper Mining Company of Butte. Smelting continued here for almost 100 years until it ceased in 1980. When you book an RV in Deer Lodge County and camp at Big Sky RV and Campground, you'll have easy access to the area's attractions.

Big Sky RV & Campground offers a total of 18 full hookup sites for motorhome camping. Each site features a gravel pad and grassy area. There are 12 pull-through and six back-in sites, all of which have 30/50 amp service, free cable TV, and phone hookups. There's plenty of space for your RV rental, with sites up to 45 feet long that can accommodate slide-outs. The park offers free WiFi for those who feel the need to stay connected with the world. There are horseshoe pits, a place to take your dog for a little playtime, and plenty of hot water in the showers.

Big Sky RV Park & Campground is within walking distance of downtown Anaconda, where you will find lots of places to dine and shop. Across the road, there is a small creek to fish in or splash around in (if you can stand the ice-cold water). The town also boasts a golf course and more. Interstate 90 is only a short drive to the east, or hop on Highway 1 heading west in your rental RV, and you can quickly reach Philipsburg where you can take the short but steep drive to Granite Ghost Town State Park. The town tells the story of the boom and bust of silver mining in Montana.
