John is an excellent host and easy to work with. The rv was a great first time experience. We were running late and had to leave the rv in poor condition but John worked with us to get it taken care of. 10/10 would book again.

If I could leave them ZERO stars I would. The owner was not the one I was being communicating with on the phone. They were both very unprofessional and didn't seem to be on the same page with information. I had to meet the owner on the side of the road because he was having issues with his landlord. I received a phone call from John around noon on the day we were scheduled to pick up RV saying the previous renters had broken the awning. Our trip was to Grand Coulee WA so I was very hot and sunny. Having no awning meant no shade at our campsite. The RV was also very smelly. Stale cigarette smoke and old car smell. Almost unbearable for a 5 hour trip in very hot weather.

Patrishia, I apologize if I or my team members came off as unprofessional. Yes, my landlord did state I couldn't have renters coming over to house. We met you very close to house and had no impact on your rental. Yes, the previous renter damaged the awning. We included a pop-up tent for shade. All our listings state NO TOWING ALLOWED. There's a water overflow. RV was returned with water level very low. The RV doesn't have a single time of slowly going up pass. If you had generator issue, why didn't you call 24/7 tech call center. Generator was recently tuned up & maintenance before previous rental. There's an automatic generator turn off mechanism on all RVs. I think you were upset on phone for return, but tech had parts to repair awning and RV had a rental booked. We run a commercial deoxidizer before all rentals to remove all smells and germs. RV is posted on listing to return at 3:00pm. That's not fair to other renters and their trips because you got back so late. John

The host was very responsive and accommodating. Everything went smoothly. I picked up the RV with less than a full fresh water tank and half full gray water tank. I was disappointed to be charged for both these tanks upon return.

Rented this RV for 3-day show at the Gorge with 3 adults. Had an absolute blast - the RV had everything that we needed! He even included camping chairs, which was really nice - we had our own but we made friends at the show so it was great to have extras. The RV was clean, sleeping arrangements were comfy, and the water & power systems were easy to use. We had plenty of water & generator power for all 3 days.

John was great to work with. He gave us a thorough walk-through when we arrived and answered all our questions. The RV was well equipped and well cared for, and everything worked. We'll gladly go back to him for our next trip, and we recommend him highly!

The trip was very nice. The trees, the ocean. The RV was a very good RV but many simple little things that had nothing to do with the RV itself went wrong. For instance, there were no knifes in the RV. We got out in the middle of no where and need to cut things and had nothing. Big inconvenience. Next the RV had no drapes, but only the pull down shades. The problem was that pull down shades were broken and did not go up at all. So it was very dark inside the whole time. This is aweful. Then, the handle was missing on the Sewer drain release valve. The valves were also mis identified. They had gray for black water and black for gray water. The also had no gloves that would fit a man. Here are three of maybe 6 things that ruined my experience. Others, Remote is wrong for the device it controls. It doesnt work. The dvds stop because they are scratched. The bath door is very very hard to close.
