The trip was very nice. The trees, the ocean. The RV was a very good RV but many simple little things that had nothing to do with the RV itself went wrong. For instance, there were no knifes in the RV. We got out in the middle of no where and need to cut things and had nothing. Big inconvenience. Next the RV had no drapes, but only the pull down shades. The problem was that pull down shades were broken and did not go up at all. So it was very dark inside the whole time. This is aweful. Then, the handle was missing on the Sewer drain release valve. The valves were also mis identified. They had gray for black water and black for gray water. The also had no gloves that would fit a man. Here are three of maybe 6 things that ruined my experience. Others, Remote is wrong for the device it controls. It doesnt work. The dvds stop because they are scratched. The bath door is very very hard to close.

I know they knew about the drapes and sewer handle when they gave it to me. So easy to fix and they did not do it. Just lazy.

Overall great experience. John/Justin were easy to work with and were great at communicating. The Minnie Winnie was perfect for our family of three. It was clean, and stocked with all advertised supplies. Pickup and drop off were casual and he really cared that we were comfortable and prioritized us having a good time. Will definitely be renting from John again.

Wonderful, amazing

Owner John (Justin's dad) over-promised and under-delivered on this coach. It was dirty outside and filthy inside upon pick-up, requiring 6 hours of cleaning prior to departing. Minor issues had been corrected, but major issues came up on our journey (emergency brake doesn't work -- able to drive 25mph with it on!; lights in overhead bunk went out completely, requiring battery operated lights, coach entry door warped creating tremendous wind noise on the freeway which we mitigated by placing stick-on weatherproofing), but we still couldn't carry on a conversation. We are disputing exterior wash which he charged against deposit. Recommend a test-drive prior to commitment.

It was a great experience, RV was nice, just couple of small issues like this one don't have a backup cam and the sensors on the water tanks won't work properly and the provided water hose was missing an attachment

We thought it would be an issue, bit it was not... The mirrors on this thing works like a charm so backup cam was not necessary, we guess worked the tank capacity and work around the water hose issue, altogether it was a nice experience.

I highly recommend renting this Minnie Winnie from John. He was very communicative from the start of the process, answering all my questions and making sure I had completed all the steps to rent the RV. Upon picking up the rental, he kindly walked us through all the details, provided a new water hose and sewer line, and it was overall a very easy transition.

As this was our first time renting an RV, John gave me some great driving pointers and in minutes into leaving I felt very comfortable driving it. The camper itself was everything we needed for our trip; the A/C was definitely key in the 100+ degree and smoky weather near Coulee City.

There were some very minor issues with the side view mirror not staying in place, fridge door and a cabinet opened up during the drive when turning right, and the toilet paper roll coming off. When I told John about them he immediately started a plan to fix them before his next rental.

Highly recommended and we look forward to renting from John again. Thanks, John!

The trip was good. Renting was easy, fast. Had issues adding a driver thru outdoorsy. Renter assisted to complete process.
Previous renter damaged the slide outs. We were told day of renting it would not be fixed because of timing, but he was fair to say it was not working. We chose this unit because of this feature. The rental time of getting it back was stressful because of Seattle traffic, dumping the water, and check out times of reservations. Very nice owner. If you can rent longer than 4 days I would recommend this owner. Too much work for a 2 day adventure.
