RV had some plumbing problems from the previous renters so we were doubtful whether we might be able to pickup the RV as promised. John and his team notified us about the problem and were fixing till last minute. Finally issue was resolved and we picked up the RV but later than the scheduled time. Great communication and effort on getting the RV ready. RV was functional but not clean during pickup. Fridge had moldy smell and floors were dirty. So we asked them to clean it. Sometimes the fridge didn’t work in the campground may be due to the slope. Our biggest problem was the mattress in the back of the RV which sinks in the middle resulting in back pain. Also the awning was broken, so we couldn’t use it. Rest of the RV worked well without any problems. Great value for money.

Great rental for our National Parks trip. Put on around 2,500 miles on it over the course of my trip , and it was reliable the whole way. John was very accommodation, easy to communicate with, and made the rental process straight forward. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d rent from them again!
