Collins is a quiet campground located along the shore of the Duckabush River. Several of the campsites are near the river. There are 16 campsites, 10 that will accommodate tents, trailers, and RVs. Six of the campsites are tent sites with spurs for parking.Warning: River contains swift water, rapids, and waterfalls. River is not floatable. Use extreme caution in or near the water.


Driving directions to Collins Campground

From Hoodsport, WA travel US Highway 101 north for approximately 22 miles to the Duckabush Recreation Area. Turn west onto the Duckabush River Road/Forest Service Road #2510. Drive 5 miles to the entrance of Collins Campground which is located on the left side of the road.

Do the RVs have bathrooms?

Yes. Class A’s, Class B’s, and Class C’s and five-Wheels typically have bathrooms. Depending on where you plan on camping, you’ll want to double-check the availability of restrooms if selecting a rig without a bathroom. Nervous about renting an RV with a bathroom? Owners can help show you how to clean the tank or will offer to do it for you for a fee.

How does check-in work?

A.

Once an Owner approves your RV reservation, you can coordinate a time to pick up your rig or have it delivered to your doorstep or campsite. At that point, the owner will do a key exchange with you and walk you through the RV and answer any questions you might have.
