DO NOT RENT THIS! First off i never write negative reviews but this one sadly deserves it. When we first picked up the RV the gentleman met us outside and was nice and showed us the RV. Before we left I asked if we had enough water and he said yes but he could top it off for us if we liked. We declined assuming we had some water but it was bone dry. Luckily we brought our own bedding because the bedding provided had bugs under it. The generator also constantly turns off randomly. When we returned the RV it was very clean with a tiny bit of dirt in some cracks around the floor and the wife of the man couldn’t have been more blatantly rude even though i said I would clean it in 30 seconds. I explained to her very nicely what was wrong about the RV and she started yelling and saying its our job to fill up the water and that it’s not their responsibility to have a generator that runs properly. With everything that went wrong on this RV is was still going to get 2 or 3 stars until the lady was as rude as she was

Avi and his wife were friendly and cordial at pick up and drop off. Avi showed us around the RV and explained the main functions like generator, dumping grey and black water, showed us how the keys open the storage areas, etc. The RV is almost 10 years old and shows some use, but the basics were all functional. We pointed out a few minor things that needed to be fixed (ex: curtain track to close off the back bed for privacy) but the most key was that the black water meter seemed to be non-functional, since the black water filled up, but the indicator still showed the black water as empty. We presume he will have that serviced so it won't be a problem to future renters.

It was not the best experience.
The RV was incomplete. We had to buy basic kitchen utensils at Walmart, like knife, pots.
Electricity was not working well.
The generator did not turn on. We had to have the rv on for it to work
When we plugged into a campground, there was some problem with the electricity, and it wasn't working well.
I really don't recommend it.
It even seems that it lacked a little gas, and the owner wanted to charge us 150 dollars for it.
And for the failures we had no one was responsible

This rv got us from point A to point B, the reason for 2 stars. However, it was filthy. The toilet bowl brush holder had dried old feces. When we first cleaned it, the black water was not emptied. The sleeping couch still had animal hair, party beads,and old water bottles. The shower had chunks of hair. Me and my kids broke out into rashes after this trip and fine when we showered at home. For a Florida summer trip, this RV did not keep us cool unless you had a generator on. The generator, did not last more than 2 hours at a time. Although, the owner did not answer when called.
He answered when texted, with no practical solutions. The propane tank cover to the RV did not close appropriately, in which we had to secure the latch.The interior lights were not fully functional In which we had to manually replace the fuses. The dashboard fans make a disturbing noise that awake any Neighbors you have nearby. Sleeps 6, In reality, sleeps 2 adults, and maybe 3 or 4 kids. The most upsetting about this trip was returning and having owners speak amongst each other in another language other than English, in which we couldn't understand them. Also, prior to booking, I requested a return time frame of 6p for return. Upon return, owner was openly bothered and denied outdoorsy text convo and verbalized such coversation was not exchanged. The owners then preceded to blame us for existing damages and cleaning( which was not a courtesy to us).
As for outdoorsy, I think there should be a rental checklist. Where this would not only be owner friendly but renter friendly as well.

Avi was very professional and easy to work with. RV was clean and ready to go! Would definitely recommend this rig for your next road trip!

We had an amazing trip in this RV. It’s confortable and my kids loved every second of it. We slept comfortable. Cooked and showered and it was very functional and convenient. Avi and his wife took the time to explain everything since we were first timers and we had no problems on our trip. We can’t wait to rent it again.
