This was a good RV. Plenty of room. Rob and Amy kept in contact with me thru the whole experience. Well stocked with items, dishes, coffee pot, etc. needed for the trip. Only negative was the seat cushions on the dinette were flat. Would rent from Rob again.

There was a lot of misinformation on pickup time and when we did pick up, the first thing we were told was that the hydraulics were not working but "that won't matter if you park on a level spot". Turns out that's not true - anytime any of us moved during the night (or day), the camper would sway and rock which was very unpleasant to say the least. Upon entering the camper the first thing you see is the couch, which looks nothing like the photo; it looks like something they dragged out of the dumpster. The table was broken, apparently by the renter who returned the RV the day before. On the plus side, the walk thru was very helpful and the rig was not too bad to drive. It was extremely noisy when driving however, with rattles and squeaks constantly coming from the kitchen area. We got rid of one noise by taking the glass carousel out of the microwave, but could not resolve the rest. The rig was easy to set up and take down, and came with everything needed for a nice camping trip. It also was pretty easy (and clean) to empty the tanks.

Although we had to cancel the trip, due to changed requirements, Rob was very helpful in addressing our issue and communicating during the process.

We had a great experience and it was our first time in a RV. Rob was fantastic in responding to my many text messages. The RV was in great shape and very clean. We are spoiled now and will only rent this type of RV.

We rented the Solar Cruiser for a four day “glamping trip”on the Shenandoah river south of Luray VA.
Rob was quick to answer our many questions. Dave who met us for orientation and test drive was wonderfully helpful and reassuring.
The RV is as advertised. All mechanical and accessory items worked properly. We were comfortable both driving and staying in the RV.
The interior shows some wear, but is quite serviceable. We actually appreciated that we didn’t have to baby the coach. Thanks to both Rob and Dave.

Far and away Rob is the most responsive of anyone that I have rented an RV from; he got back to me fast every time and answered questions quickly. He also gave us a first responder discount, which we appreciated. This was an older vehicle, but was well maintained with good tires and generally in great shape. The couch could use reupholstering (see photo) and is a little lumpy, but everything else is in good shape; we covered it with a sheet and that pleased the wife. The biggest problem and the reason for only two stars for cleanliness was that the previous renters did not empty the poop tank and it filled up on the second day and stunk bad until I could get it emptied. I paid for the dump fee ahead of time, knowing my grand kids would be using it on the way home; it was optional and I suppose the previous renters just didn't do what they were supposed to do. Rob assured me this wasn't usual and I'm sure he'll have someone check it more carefully in the future.

Rob was super helpful and very friendly. The RV was well priced and exactly as advertised. I would and have recommended him to close friends. This was the perfect RV for my family and the kids loved the bunk beds!!!!

Great experience from start to finish! Rob was very responsive with pre-booking questions, and Dave was excellent to meet for the pick up and training session. It is a very easy RV to drive, and it was incredibly clean!

Rob was a great host for his company! He took a last minute booking from me and was very responsive about the process and to my questions. The rental and orientation process was extremely thorough. It would put any first time renter at ease about driving and managing that type of vehicle. I would rent from him again!

Overall great experience. Went on a long trip and had no issues with the RV. Ran smooth and everything worked properly. Rob and his property manager Dave were great to work with. Provided a full rundown of the RV upon check-in and were responsive throughout the booking/rental experience. Highly recommend!
