Jeremy and his wife were both absolutely delightful and kind. I was their first customer and this was the first time I used Outdoorsy, so we were all green to this. He was very kind and helpful with everything. I think everything would have to be absolutely perfect for a 1996 RV to earn 5 stars and I honestly don't know that it was possible. The pros: the RV was clean. It didn't smell and wasn't dusty or musty. Definitely clean. Even the bathroom didn't smell at all - not even with flushes. Jeremy answered the phone when I called and was very flexible with everything. He was honest and ethical and if he wasn't a duck fan, I bet our families could be friends;-) the heat, air conditioning, shower, bathroom, stove all worked great. The generator didn't work, but he did rent one for us to use for the trip. The cons: Pretty much realizing that a 1996 RV is 22 years old. There are going to be some imperfections. I preferred this actually, if I had damaged something, it would not have been the first dent. On the flip side, there were some minor issues like needing a lighter to start the propane stove top instead of being able to use the igniter - seriously not a big deal and added to the rustic retro theme of the RV. The RV still provided us with a clean, warm, dry place to sleep, cook, and take a warm shower. The RV also kept us cool when the weather was hot (the first day of the trip). What would I do differently? I should have asked more questions as Jeremy provided more things than I expected. I was RV-ing without hookups, so probably should have been a bit more efficient with my shower and dishes. I should have remembered a blanket - I did remember my sheets and pillow.Overall, a great adventure and we would rent from him again.
