Great customer service! We did run into a few hiccups but owner was available by phone and made sure to address my issues! Went out of his way to address my issues and made things right! Nothing is this world is perfect, but when issues arise customer service is a must and the owner went above and beyond to make things right! Will have no problem dealing with this owner again.

Horrible experience as we did not take the trip. The RV was not the same photos delivered in app. The RV was not clean. The linen was nowhere near a hotel accommodation. I be me every the owner used photo of another RV to advertise. We did not take RV and delayed our trip a day and was not able to get another RV. We had to rent a van and due to unplanned accommodation we had to cut our camping trip shorter due to no RV. My mom just lost her husband and this trip wax to get her out her home to ease the pain. Horrible experience . False advertisement by owner and submitted claim for return of deposit. Linen was nowhere near what a hotel would accommodate nor the inside of RV. TIRES WERE WORN HIGH NOT LOW MILES. Suggestion-outdoorsy should witness RV prior to owners advertising. Horrible experience.

At first, Renter came not knowing that Rv is 2001, as soon as she asked me that, she said that they are not taking the rental, she didn't even walk in, she took pictures from outside and in order to get a refund for the trip she didn't want to rent, wrote a review that is not related to my rv at all. Before every customer's check in, I sanitise all "hot" spots to protect renters from Covid, as well as mopping floors and vacuuming everything. I never had complaints about the cleaning in my rv. I even provided free bedding, pillows and towels even though renter didn't pay for them in add-on section. I ordered and installed brand new tires for my rv 2000 miles ago, so thread is still 90%. I always had a 5 star reviews from clients, and it's inappropriate to leave a bad review in order to get a refund.

We had a great family get away at the ocean. It's a 29 ft. RV, has lots of space for everything. The owner has great communication skills, friendly, fast replied to the questions we had.
