Be aware that the owner may attempt to charge additional fees at checkout. In our case, they claimed we were missing one of their dishes, even though our use of their kitchenware was minimal. We brought and used our own disposable plates and silverware throughout our stay.

false accusation toward us. When we picked it up the trailer was really dirty. shocking to see like this. They sent really mean and accusing words through messages. Simply because we charged them for "extra" cleaning. no choice but charge them for us to use our time to clean after their mess to meet the expectation for next renter. When we dropped it off or picked it up wife avoid us not saying hi or anything. We usually dont charge renters unless they left big mess or any damages. I asked them about "missing plates" was not in pantry as it should be there. The plates was put up in different place one plate was dirty with food on it. The fry pan was very dirty it was put back in pantry without clean it. The big clear bowl was really wet inside. The pantry was very disorganized. One of blinds was stuck so we called someone to come and look at it and found out that the bottom metal of blinds was missing. found it hidden under seat cushion. We dont charge them for that as we would.

Russ was responsive and we were able to remedy most of our problems fairly. We did enjoy our trip.

When Shannon reserved with us in such short notice because other owners cancelled on him. no idea why?? He reserved without paying delivery fee. We assumed that he will pick it up here but he asked us to deliver it 40 min away for him to pick it up. same way both ways without paying delivery fee. It cost us for gas and time. When we received the trailer back there were several missing items and etc. We asked Shannon but got no response. He try to charge us for more things since he rented for 14 days trying to make rent cheaper. Being fair is fair but not in this case. Not good experience

We didn’t receive the RV until 4:00 PM—six hours into our scheduled camping trip. Unfortunately, the RV still had personal belongings inside (including a pink wallet behind the couch which we just left) and trash left behind, which gave the impression it hadn’t been properly prepared for the next rental.

The Trailer was great. Very clean. Perfect for our family. Ellis and LeeAnne came and dropped it off, set it up and made it feel like a home for the weekend. They were very communicative and wonderful Host's. Only suggestion is to put more hooks in the trailer for hanging things. It was a wonderful experience and we will look to rent from them again!

Excellent RV! It was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with supplies. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. This was our first time renting an RV and we are so glad that we chose this one. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent from them again.
