we have modern wood floor except dining room carpet. we have ice maker, mini refrigerator and one cooking top outside of the trailer. We will add the generator for small fee per day. We do have 32 inch TV and antenna.What's includedAll bedding are included except blankets. Bath and kitchen towels are included. kitchen essentials like silverware plates tumblers cookware etc. are included. you will need to bring your own camping chairs if you wish. RecommendationsOnly use RV toilet papers.Other things to notethose blinds above the loveseat and dining table windows you need to be very gentle opening or close or it will mess up or break. the previous renters were too rough on blinds. Thankyou

The Trailer was great. Very clean. Perfect for our family. Ellis and LeeAnne came and dropped it off, set it up and made it feel like a home for the weekend. They were very communicative and wonderful Host's. Only suggestion is to put more hooks in the trailer for hanging things. It was a wonderful experience and we will look to rent from them again!

Excellent RV! It was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with supplies. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. This was our first time renting an RV and we are so glad that we chose this one. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent from them again.
