Cynthia was FANTASTIC!!! - my wife mistakenly rented a trailer that was too large for the site so immediately we had to cancel and look for something that would fit. Cynthia was very accommodating and responded adequately. They delivered a clean trailer and even made a 2nd trip for the generator (SUPER KIND)
