bryan had to cancel on us the morning we were supposed to pick it up which was a huge bummer. he informed me someone had backed into it.
he was apologetic and tried helping me find another rv through someone else.

We had the best experience with this rental. Brian is a great guy and will teach you everything about the RV. He was always available when we called with questions. The RV is clean and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended!

Thanks to the Benicia Family our RV trip was amazing! After booking on a different site - we had our RV canceled on us at the last minute. Thankfully Bryan, Julie, and Ted were amazing and saved us. Not only did we get an RV - but a much better one and a much better experience than we would have had to begin with! Bryan, Julie, and Ted were always available during our trip to answer any of our questions. Check out and check in were very easy and they were super accommodating! The RV we used was beautiful and everything was in working order. If we are in the area again - we would definitely use this family!!!

This is the BEST family to rent from! So kind, courteous and HONEST. Great RV at the last minute, great value, great trip! Our family’s first trip to Yosemite, been planning for months and the RV we were originally renting broke the night before. Reached out to them and they helped us make our family trip a success, otherwise it was on the way to be cancelled..

Our First RV trip and it was amazing! Bryan was a great guide for the set-up and maintenance. The condition of the RV we got was great, very well kept. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend :)

This was our first RV adventure. I was a little nervous at first but Brian was always available for questions and trouble shooting. The RV itself was great, drove well and was easy to hook up. We had a blast on a road trip to Oregon.

We had an amazing time in this RV! Bryan and his sister, Julie, were very easy to work with. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable in and well-informed about the vehicle. The motorhome itself was very clean and well kept. It was perfect for our family of 6. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent it again if we are in the area. Thanks guys!!!

Bryan is great. He and his sister were very helpful and informative with suggestions and tips regarding our trip. This was our first time renting an RV and all of the information shared by Bryan was very useful. We totally enjoyed the experience and would consider renting an RV again.

We are coming to an end of a 9 day journey to the northwest. For a reference, we started in El Dorado Hills, visited Creator Lake, Bend OR, Mt Rainier, Olympic NP, Fort Stevens OR, Bandon OR, Lake Shasta, then home. All in all, over 2,000 miles! This RV ran like a champ! Zero issues with the engine, transmission, or other critical systems. Like all RV's, there were a few broken things here and there, but that is to be expected. If Bryan is aware of it, he will fix it. So, if you rent this beautiful RV, just let him know if anything is wrong. If you break something, tell him! Our biggest frustrations concerning the RV on this trip were things that the previous renters did, and didn't report. Please read the description of this RV! If you are the type that beats the heck out of things that aren't yours, go with a different RV! This RV is set up for families, and an experienced operator. I have been driving RV's for over 10 years (and fire engines for even longer), and I can tell you this is a good one to handle! Plenty of power, well appointed, and very comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Bryan. We were able to reach him (or Julie) throughout our vacation with any questions we had and they were both very responsive. The RV was in good working condition and we had no surprises. Pick up and drop off was super easy in Benicia. Would definitely rent from Bryan again.
