Hi happy campers! We are older adults with an empty nest if you don't count 4 legged kids! We love camping so we can take our hairy beasts (non shedding tho) with us! Our favorite campground is south bass island state park or anywhere we can listen to live music! We live very close to several campgrounds including Yogi Bear, Mohican Wilderness and many more along the Mohican River which are usually within the basic delivery radius! We love little details that make our camping extra special like a hot cup of coffee in the morning or building s'mores in the evening by the fire. This was a very nicely laid out camper with keurig coffee maker, ice maker and fresh linens with an outside frig too. BUT the negatives were dirty windows, vents , floors, with bugs in cabinets and cobwebs in all corners. We had this unit delivered to a state park for a week. It took several hours for me to clean after I bought cleaning supplies. Even though this is a pet friendly unit, they’re still as an expectation that the floors be clean when you step into that door. The pads in the picture attached where from the floors as soon as I got in camper. .I was also promised a refund of portion of cleaning fee which I have yet to see. Please be aware if you are thinking about renting this unit, you may be disappointed!!

We were very sorry to hear of Pamela’s dissatisfaction with the floors and feeling that they were not up to her standards. We apologized profusely and offered several options including a portion of her prep fee back once the camper was returned. Unfortunately, she was not satisfied with that and continued to send us messages for days into her rental with ongoing complaints about the floors. We ultimately offered to refund the entire trip and allow them to use alternative accommodations as she was so affected by the floors that she was consuming several days of her vacation messaging us. We were never told about bugs in the cupboards or that she was also upset about the vents and windows. It is the time of year that those little stink bugs/“Ohio state birds” can be found nearly everywhere and her trip was one of the last of our season so I admit our spring cleaning of the vents and windows was several months ago. We will be more conscious of this in the future. The claim that there were cobwebs in “all” corners and that she spent “hours” cleaning are outlandish exaggerations as we cleaned and disinfected the camper for their trip that very morning of delivery. We rent our camper 2 to 3 times a month all season and clean prior to each trip as well as having been fortunate to have wonderful renters who return the camper in excellent condition. Additionally, we have photos of drop off day as we do with every trip that oppose her claims. We do sweep and vacuum as well as wet spray and mop the linoleum. I'm unsure when she did the mopping shown in her photos but again we will be more conscious of the floors in the future and perhaps change our cleaning products. Being pet friendly we try to use pet friendly, non toxic products which may not be getting the job done but I assured her that we did clean the floors prior to drop off. She asked to be refunded $80 for her cleaning supply purchase even though we informed her there are cleaning supplies provided. The floor was ultimately the only thing she informed us of, repeatedly. Ultimately, we felt that her harassing exaggerated messages of ongoing abuse didn’t warrant a refund as we don’t reward hatefulness and in spite of offering a refund very early on, her abuse continued which implied that would not make her happy either. We take pride in our rental and have gone the extra mile for many of our renters including using our own money to mail items back that have been left behind, decorating for free for special events like Halloween and even purchasing a pricey extension cord for a campsite that needed an extra long cord for plug in to accommodate the setup they preferred. We are happy to right any wrongs and provide a refund where it is warranted, but this person was incapable of being a kind human despite the extras that we did provide at no extra cost. Free linens, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, hand soap, dish soap, filtered water for coffee, k cups, sweetener and creamer, s’mores supplies, ice maker, disposable utensils, cups, plates, cookware and yes, even cleaning supplies, to name a few. I admit we are only human and do our best to make your trip memorable in only a positive way. I believe Pamela was the renter whose expectations are impossible to meet. Please take the time to read our other reviews written by kind people that have all been 5 stars and specifically mentioned the cleanliness of our camper.

Jenny and her husband were flexible with our situation and went the extra mile to ensure we had an enjoyable time. The camper itself was in great shape, spacious and worked well for our group. Jenny and her husband were friendly, funny and attentive to our needs. I would certainly rent from them again.

We really enjoyed this RV and would definitely rent it again! The owners were very helpful and friendly! I was skeptical about renting it since it's a pet friendly RV and took my own sheets and bedding just in case but it was very clean! I did not find any pet hair!!!
