There was more wear and tear than we would have expected for a 2018 model, and we had issues with the shower leaking and overflow from the black water tank.

Sue was great to work with and her RV was just what we needed for our trip. 6 seat belts so we could all travel together. The queen bed in the back was quite nice to sleep on. The shower was pretty great too. We only tried one at a time, but there was plenty of hot water for one shower. The kids were in love with traveling in "the little house"!

Renting from Sue was great, she communicated well and the RV was just as expected. I would recommend renting from her.

Very happy with the RV, our short was cut short by snow -but the RV drove perfectly.

Sue was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was very accommodating in working with us on our schedule and was always accessible when we had questions during our trip. We had so much fun in her RV. I would highly recommend anyone that is interested in taking an RV trip to give Sue a call.

Sue was super easy to deal with making the whole experience relatively hassle free! Her RV was amazing, no mechanical issues at all and exactly as described. We would definitely book with her again!

So... I really like Sue and appreciated her communication during the trip. However, the house battery was dead and needed to be replaced during the trip. This added half a day of angst to get this fixed. Sue was great about reimbursing me for the battery, but it was quite the hassle and not what I wanted to do on vacation. The RV is showing some wear (as others have noted) and draws don't stay closed. Also it had damage to the exhaust system from prior renter. My kids loved and it did drive nice on the trip. Gas mileage was as expected (about 6-8 miles to the gallon) as we had a headwind both ways (agrhh). Overall, not sure we would rent again, but this may just us...

My family had a great experience renting from Sue. The RV exceeded our expectations while visiting many national parks. We would not hesitate to rent from Sue again.

We had an excellent time on our RV adventure. We saw 8 national parks and 3 national monuments over our 10 day trip around the Grand Circle of Utah, AZ, NM, & CO. It was unusually cold and wet and the RV was a real lifesaver. It was comfortable for our family of five. We had no problems with the RV. The heat and AC both worked great. It was nice to be able to do dishes with hot water even while camping at more rustic campgrounds. The RV was very easy to drive, and it handled exceptionally well over Vail pass in the snowstorm we encountered (trucks and cars were losing traction and pulling over, but we had no problem at all). Sue was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to our questions. The RV was well equipped, and we found that what was missing we could do without. Renting through Outdoorsy was very smooth, and we have no complaints. It had a TV but we did not sue it. Our biggest complaint was that there are no speakers in the main part of the RV (only the front and rear). We listen to Audible on road trips and the kids had trouble hearing. If we rent again I will use portable Bluetooth speakers instead. I can pair 2 speakers to my phone and put one a the dinette table for the kids, and one up front. The other inconvenience we had was that some of the doors open while we were moving. We had to rearrange the cabinets when we were driving to keep stuff from falling out. We are already talking about renting from Sue again.

Cons:
-The night before pick up she reveals to us the RV has not been de-winterized (not as
advertised) and that we will not be able to use the shower, sink and will have to use
bottled water to flush the toilet. We had talked two weeks prior discussing plans of
heading south (hotter climate) to the dusty desert. Access to the shower was a must.
There is really no point in renting an RV if one also has to rent a hotel in which to bathe
etc. Many RV parks did not have their bathroom/shower facilities open at our time of
travel. We had to involve outdoorsy in order to get the RV as promised.
-It was claimed to have been cleaned, but we had to wipe down/out drawers and
cupboards from dust and grime, a roll of toilet paper was sitting in a pool of goopy
soap, the countertops/table all had to be wiped off and all sorts of "treasures"
were discovered when folding out the couch bed. We cleaned the RV top to
bottom before we were able to load for our trip. Topping it off, she asked if we would
be willing to run it through the car wash since it was dirty from storage.
-She was not home at the agreed upon time for drop off. Keys were left in a hidden
location on her property and a picture was texted to her indicating where she could
find them. Hours later she responded that she was not home and would deal with the
RV later. A week after drop off, we receive a text wondering where we left the keys.
-Minor repairs (owner identified) were to be fixed before we departed. They were not
completed and drawers flew open and shut while traveling down the road.
-Stove did not work (possible operator error) however, after reviewing the operator's
manuel, we were still unable to make it functional.
-We went over on mileage (as expected) and owed money from our security deposit for
the extra. Sue shorted us almost $200 by entering the wrong amount in issuing our
refund. (We did get it back after more phone calls to outdoorsy).

Sue and her RV was GREAT! We couldn't have ask for a better renter or RV. Sue went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and her RV was very clean and in excellent working order. We will definitely rent from Sue again in the future and I would highly recommend her and her RV! Thanks Sue!!

If you are experienced with how an RV works then this is a great RV. We were first timers and didn’t know how to utilize everything the RV had to offer. The owner of the RV is also new to it and was also uncertain about how some of the features operated. It is a new RV and runs excellent and very easy to drive. A little light when driving on the highway when a truck or vehicle passes by. It gets about 10 mpg ...we did love that it is a pet friendly RV and that the owner loves animals as much as we do!! We will definitely consider this RV in any future travel plans.
