We really tried to make the most of this and not be nit picky, but have to leave a negative review due to the circumstances. The motorhome itself has nice features but has obvious wear and tear from years of use. We were contacted just before our pick up advising that the water tank wasn't holding water. I got the message when we landed in Missouri less than an hour before pick up. We really didn't have time to make other arrangements, so we decided to make it work. The host was flexible with our pick up and drop off, and even sounded gracious when I text her about an issue we had when finding the drop off.The motorhome sleeps 8 as advertised, and we flew in from out of state with a group of 7. Full bedding was only on one bed, otherwise there were four sheets and maybe five pillows and no towels were provided. There was minimal dishware, some bowls and plastic utensils, but no cookware or cooking utensils. The refrigerator was not cooled so it took nearly 24 hours for it to get cold causing some food items to have to be thrown away. There were ants in the motorhome. We couldn't sit at the dinette without ants crawling on us, and had to buy ant spray.There has now been a claim for our $500 security deposit for items that were already damaged. The host physically showed us that the bed rail was coming off the bunks, but says we broke it. The bottom bunk was missing multiple screws and came apart from a ten year old child SLEEPING on it. The couch, drivers and passenger seats have obvious wear and tear with leather missing in areas. Hosts claims we tore up the couch. A child SLEPT on it is all. We even covered it with a blanket!

Host dropped off RV without water and with a full waste tank, causing it to back up on us on the first day. They also left a bag of unmarked pills in the RV, which was identified by security and led to some questioning.

Hi there, again, I am sorry you had a bad experience.
I had done a complete run through with you and even showed the levels being empty for waste, so I’m not sure as to why it was “full”. I did have some water in there for you but you agreed you wanted to learn how to add it Incase you needed to. The RV has consistently been checked out by Camping World and all was ready and cleared.
I do apologize again for the a Benedryl being unmarked.I am flexible but when we originally agreed upon extending the 3pm pick up to 5pm then you msgd me at almost the time for pick up that you would not be leaving for another 2 hrs and would be closer to 8pm with still needing gas and dumping, there was no way I could make that work out sadly. I had to charge the extra fee for keeping it another night. I had checked with Outdoorsy prior to make sure I was in the right on this.
