Dan and Mercedes are fantastic hosts. This van made our experience awesome to Glacier. We felt like the biggest hippies in the park! Mercedes did an awesome job showing us the van and explaining how to drive, cook with the stove, and all it’s quirks. We didn’t pop up the rooftop tent, we actually just slept in the van bed and it was very comfortable for two people. Booking campsites in Glacier is quite difficult, but we lucked out with 4 nights on Many Glacier and the rest of our time spent out in west glacier. This van had absolutely no mechanical problems, it drove and ran great. Can’t promise it’s the fastest going up the hills but she’s powerful and better on gas than we imagined! We never let it get under a half tank, but it drives about 2.5 hours on just half! The right hand drive was an adjustment the first day, but you get used to it very quickly! I can not recommend this van enough to some adventurers wanting to explore the area. Thank you again Dan and Mercedes!!

For just the cool-factor alone I would give this van 5-star review, but aside from that part everything else deserved 5 stars! It’s always a risk in my experience driving old vehicles but we had NO troubles with this diesel cutie. Everything that’s been outfitted on this van made for the funnest, smoothest and most memorable Montana camping trip with my two daughters! The three of us fit comfortably (they are 8 and 13 years old) the pop up tent upstairs was so cool and simple. The right hand drive was no problem and was easy to adjust to. The most difficult part was remembering that the turn signal and windshield wipers are on opposite sides🤣. The mini fridge, Solar battery, stove, utensils, water kettle and super comfy beds were a plus. It was so nice to know I didn’t have to travel across the pacific with my own gear to feel at home. Daniel was always very responsive when I had questions and pick up/drop off was a breeze. We come to Montana frequently and will for sure try to rent this cutie again! Aloha 🤙🏼
