This was my first experience with an RV, Cheryl explained everything and even repeated herself. The RV was perfect, it had everything we needed. I highly recommend renting from her, she’s an amazing host.

Apparently the RV had to go into the shop days before our trip for problems. We drove 2 hours to get this RV for the owner to tell us last min it wasn’t ready. It seamed as though this rental was just a side gig that she didn’t put much effort in to. Very poor communication. People shouldn’t be doing this if there not going to do the best for there customers. This is not a cheap vacation. Thankfully Outdoorsy customer service took good care of us and found us another rental same day and that RV owner was a great communicator even though he was out of town.

Cheryl was so friendly and communicative, happily worked around my schedule and the Happy Camper was a dream! Would highly recommend renting this!
